What is Laughter Yoga ?
Laughter Yoga ( Hasayoga) , is a fun filled therapy involving prolonged voluntary laughter. This type of yoga is based on the fact that such voluntary laughter provides similar physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous laughter. It combines simulated laughter exercises with gentle breathing technique to teach the body how to laugh spontaneously without relying on jokes or humour.
